Poco is set to launch its highly anticipated flagship smartphone, the Poco F6, in India on May 23, 2024. The device will be the first in the country to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Apart from the powerful chipset, the Poco F6 is expected to come with a premium design, a 1.5K AMOLED display, dual stereo speakers, and a dual-camera setup from Sony.
The launch event will take place at 4:30 PM IST, and interested consumers can watch the live stream on Poco’s official YouTube channel. While the exact pricing details are still unknown, speculations suggest that the Poco F6 could be priced around Rs 30,000 or higher based on the previous model’s pricing. The smartphone is expected to be available for purchase on Flipkart shortly after the launch event.
Poco F6 Design and Display Details Unveiled
Poco has teased the design of the upcoming Poco F6, revealing that it will be available in Titanium and Black color options. The device will feature a flat-frame design with a large camera module on the rear and a punch-hole cutout on the front display. The phone will sport a 1.5K AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ support, and Dolby Vision compatibility for an immersive multimedia experience.
In terms of performance, the Poco F6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Additionally, the smartphone will feature the Poco Iceloop System for efficient heat dissipation, a first-of-its-kind Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14, and a dual Sony camera setup with OIS and EIS support.

The Poco F6 will be equipped with a robust 5,000mAh battery and support 90W fast charging for quick replenishment of power. The smartphone will also come with Dolby Atmos for enhanced audio quality, dual stereo speakers, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. Additionally, the device will have a 20-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, as well as support for 4K video recording at 60fps.
